LEADERSHIP

Founder & Principal
Kishore Rao is a senior infrastructure and sustainability strategist with more than 30 years of global leadership experience. As Deloitte's former Global Consulting Co-Leader for Sustainability and Climate, he worked across industry, finance, and government to design integrated infrastructure and decarbonization strategies.
He has advised multinational corporations, sovereign wealth funds, private equity platforms, development finance institutions, and national governments across more than 70 countries. His work integrates capital deployment, institutional reform, and operational execution into coherent system-level strategies.
PERSPECTIVES
Investment outcomes improve when energy, logistics, digital infrastructure, and industrial policy are framed as one coordinated platform with clear sequencing and governance.
Economic corridor strategies are most effective when they define the economic catchment, align incentives, and coordinate enabling investments across nodes and institutions.
Decarbonization pathways must be structured around bankability, institutional readiness, and risk-sharing mechanisms that attract long-horizon investment.
